Works closely with engineering teams to perform staging testing and customer
system validation testing
Interfaces with customer’s IT and Operations organizations and works closely
with the Development Organization on resolving hardware and software related
issues and incorporating future enhancements
Provides deployment services to install, configure, and validate customer
deployments
Customer Deployment of Production, Lab, and Demo systems including servers,
software and hardware components
He has done hundreds of internal and external deployments.
Configuration of workflows specific to customer requirements
Provide on-site support as needed
Training 3rd Party Installers
Provides staging validation of the Customer
Deployments to validate specific customer functionality and configurations
Assist with staging systems to validate product suite functionality
Extension of the Hardware Development QA Organization
